Despatch & standard delivery
Most orders are despatched the same day. Standard delivery is 3–5 working days from despatch.
Faster (expedited) delivery
Faster delivery options are available at extra cost and usually arrive 24–48 hours from despatch, though delays are possible during busy periods.
Orders requiring faster delivery must be placed before 12pm to ensure same-day despatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Stock availability
Please check that the product page shows 'In Stock' before ordering. If an item is not in stock, your order will be delayed until stock becomes available — in most cases this is only around 24 hours. A "usually shipped in" estimate is shown against most products.
Postcodes outside Zone 1
Some postcodes — including certain areas within mainland UK — may incur extra carriage charges due to surcharges imposed by the couriers. Any additional charges are calculated automatically at checkout.
Overseas orders
We do not ship outside the UK.
Prescription items
Prescription items are sent only on receipt of a legally valid, signed and dated prescription.
Temperature-sensitive items
Vaccines and other temperature-sensitive lines are despatched with cool packs to keep them cool in transit. Cool-pack handling is already included in the price of the vaccine + cool pack delivery options shown above (£6.99 small parcel / £8.49 large parcel) — simply select the relevant option at checkout.
Important delivery information:
- Receipt required: Someone must be available to receive the delivery. Temperature-controlled parcels cannot be left unattended.
- Refrigerate immediately: On receipt, refrigerate the contents straight away to keep your items at the correct temperature.
- Failed delivery attempts: We are not responsible for the cost of replacements if a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive it.
